• Professional Staff – Long time resident of Shelton and Gateway’s Designated Broker, Kevin Cronquist, conducts business with knowledge, integrity and experience, while three licensed employees and a receptionist help aid you in all your property management needs. Julie Gall, our Branch Manager, has been with Gateway Property Management since 2007. Prior to working for Gateway she worked as an agent for our affiliate, Prudential Northwest Real Estate. Julie takes on managerial responsibilities and all accounting, including receipting rents and paying both vendors and owners. Ally Ducker is the Maintenance Manager and Marketing Coordinator. She has been working for Gateway off and on since 2005, while attending school. She joined us full time after graduating from UW in 2011. Her roles include advertising, receiving and ordering out maintenance, move out inspections, deposit dispositions and handling collections. Elizabeth Schultz has been with the company since 2008 working as a Property Manager. She shows homes, meets new owners, screens tenants’ applications, signs contracts with tenants and owners and does both move in and periodic inspections. Patty, our receptionist, is the newest member of our team and has been with us since the summer of 2012. She is fluent in both Spanish and English. Her daily tasks consist of greeting customers in person and on the phone, beautifying our office, translating forms and communicating with the growing Spanish speaking community.
